Artist Sam Randall uses the power of strong imagery, combined with vibrant colours to create her own unique ‘Complexly Simple’ style. Her paintings are visually striking and intentionally whimsical in order to capture your eye and draw you in to explore and uncover the underlying complexity of the detail which at first is not always apparent. 

Her style is eclectic and is influenced by Surrealism, Abstraction, Impressionism, and Pop Art. Sam’s art is inspired by life stories and all her paintings have a powerful narrative. It might be her story, your story or a universal story we all experience.

Sam draws from her passion for ancient Japanese Art and animation, Asiatic culture, and Folklore. She also has a passion for flora, fauna and all things mythical, dark and oriental.
